On Friday 17 July, 3Fold Pain are meeting Disconnected and 7odds in a triple bill gig at the stage of six dogs.
3Fold Pain was formed in January of 2010 with an intention to play music to challenge the mind and the senses. 3Fold Pain is a 4 piece gathering of very experienced musicians with different backgrounds, still sharing the same goal: to create a professional alternative/metal/rock music act always ready to perform and deliver as much energy as possible.
Through their period of existence they’ve played in many venues and open air festivals around Greece and Europe and have shared the stage with acts such as Nouvelle Vague, Ava Inferi the new doom creation of the guitarist Rune Eriksen (Mayhem, Aura Noir, etc.) and Thievery Corporation. They have gained valuable stage experience and a rapidly developing fan base.
So far 3Fold Pain have released a self-financed EP “Don’t Trust Them” (2010) which received excellent reviews and feedback (suggestion of the month in Metal Hammer Greece), a 7-inch vinyl “Into Your Depths” (2011) including two songs from the EP released by Lighten the Underground Records and finally their first self-titled debut album “3Fold Pain” (2013) released by Turkey Vulture Records / Bungalo Records / Universal Music Group Distribution (USA).
Disconected is a five member band from Athens, formed in 2010. Their sound it’s a mixture of American and British alternative rock and post rock scene.
7odds is a garage punk band from Athens-Greece. Upbeat, melodic, old-school tunes, coming straight out of little private morgues, drive-ins and other cult sceneries in their minds,in order to be shared with everyone who is determined to refuse to become a stupid robot. “People Wanna See” EP is their debut release by FrontYard.
